GuateGo is a company that facilitates the acquisition of tickets and experiences while traveling. Therefore, to provide you all the information you need while traveling we have developed the following policies to make your experience better and easy in case you need to cancel or reschedule a trip.

Cancellation Policy
At GuateGo, your experience matters most. We want to ensure traveling to new destinations is stress-free. These policies apply from the moment a purchase is made, regardless of how much time has passed since the transaction.
Full refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within the first 24 hours after purchase if they don’t meet the conditions listed below. By confirming your booking, you agree to these policies in full.
Not sure about your new date or destination but need to cancel your trip?
Apply for up to one year of travel credit. If you can’t make your trip.
You can reschedule the date or time and reuse 100% of the amount paid, as long as the new trip has the same value and the request is made at least 48 hours before the original departure time.
